Andrea Orallo Ramírez is director of the recycling area of the Spanish Association of Pulp and Paper Manufacturers (ASPAPEL). She holds a bachelor’s degree in environmental sciences, a master’s degree in environmental engineering and completed postgraduate studies in public affairs.
