Billing/Discount Policy:
All prices listed above are per person. To qualify for the group rate three or more individuals from the same company must register. Delegates registering in a group of 3 or more will receive a 15% discount on their total purchase. To qualify for the group rate, groups must register at the same time. Discount cannot be retroactively applied.
All registration charges will appear on your credit card statement as GIE Media Inc., not Paper & Plastics Recycling Conference Europe.
Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be made in writing and either faxed or emailed. Voicemails will not be accepted. A full refund minus a 20% administrative fee will be issued if the cancellation is received by 17 October 2023. No refunds will be issued after 17 October 2023, or for no-shows. If you cancel your conference registration, your hotel room will no longer qualify for the group rate and may also be cancelled if booked at the host hotel. Paper & Plastics Recycling Conference Europe reserves the right to cancel a program due to insufficient registration or instructor emergency. A full refund of registration fees will be issued only if this occurs. Delegates can notify the show at any time that another individual will attend the conference in his or her place.
Substitution Policy:
Delegates can notify the show at any time that another individual will attend the conference in their place. At this time, the original delegates's log-in credentials will be deactivated and new credentials will be sent to the new delegate.
Confirmation Policy:
All confirmations will be sent via e-mail to the primary registrant unless otherwise arranged with conference management.
Paper & Plastics Recycling Conference Europe is a business-to-business event open to trade professionals only. Persons under 18 (including infants) are not allowed into the educational sessions, exhibit hall or food functions.
Show management reserves the right to remove or to deny admission to anyone who is deemed a risk to the professional atmosphere of the event, who fails to comply with the rules & regulations of the event or hotel, or for any reason whatsoever. Show management reserves the right to do so without liability for refund of any fees paid or due, and without liability for any other damages caused by such action.
