Hotel Information

A block of rooms is available to event delegates at a special group rate of €160.00 per night plus tax for a single occupancy (includes a 10% VAT, internet and breakfast). The supplement for double occupancy is €22 per room, per night.

We encourage all registered delegates to book their hotel reservations as soon as possible. While there is no official cut-off date for the group rate, once the group block fills, the discounted rates will no longer apply.

 If you need to cancel your reservation, you must do so at least 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival.  Reservations canceled within less than 14 days of arrival will be charged for the entirety of the reservation. 

Check-in at the Meliá Sitges Hotel begins at 3:00 PM and check-out is scheduled for 12:00 PM. Any departures after 12:00 PM are subject to a full day charge. Attendees are able to contact the hotel directly to request a late check-out, please note that while you are able to request a late check-out, they are not guaranteed and are extended at the discretion of the hotel.

To cancel your hotel reservation, call +34938110811. Cancellations made 14 days prior to the arrival date will not be charged, however if the cancellation is within the 14 day window then attendees will be charged for the entirety of their stay.

Paper & Plastics Recycling Conference Europe will be taking place in the Meliá Sitges Hotel event facilities.

It has come to our attention that a number of third-party accommodation service providers have contacted companies either attending, exhibiting or sponsoring the Paper & Plastics Recycling Conference Europe regarding hotel reservations.

These companies DO NOT represent the Paper & Plastics Recycling Conference Europe, nor have they been authorized to send out any information related to the event and should NOT be used to make hotel reservations. We urge all event attendees to ignore any communications from companies purporting to offer these services and to avoid giving out credit card details to such organizations.

There is only one official way to book and reserve your hotel accommodations on behalf of the Paper & Plastics Recycling Conference Europe and that is to book directly through the Meliá Sitges Hotel. The hotel will provide a professional, reliable and safe service for booking your hotel accommodation.
