The Palm Paper Group, based in the United Kingdom, has acquired the operations of Seyfert, a corrugated board producer based in Germany. The Seyfert Group has three corrugated plants in Germany as well as one recycled-content board mill, three corrugated plants and two sheet feeding plants in France.

Palm Paper says the deal will strengthen its position in Germany and enhance its presence in the French packaging market.

The Palm Group consists of four paper mills, which have a total of seven paper machines. The company produces newsprint and corrugated packaging materials.
